Returns & Refund Policy

At Slow Gains Co, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand suppliers. This means every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect colour selections
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please ensure you carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll gladly organise a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • Additional photos or video if multiple items are affected

In most cases, there is no need to return the damaged item.

Print Variations

Please note that slight variations in print placement, colours, or sizing may occur due to the custom printing process. For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, minor print placement differences within industry tolerance are not considered defects.

Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
